运动科学 Combined Program

The 运动科学 (EXS) combined program in the Department of Human Movement Science provides high-achieving students an opportunity to complete a 学士  硕士 degree in less time than would be required if the two degrees were done independently. In approximately one calendar year after completing a B.S. 在练习, you can graduate with a Master of Science 在练习.

CURRICULAR REQUIREMENTS 度计划 建议 应用

Course requirements for the 运动科学 combined program can be found in the 本科 Catalog (see Curricular Requirements).

In this program, you will complete 12 graduate level credits at the undergraduate tuition rates. If you have a minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 3.2 和 have earned a 3.0 or above GPA in each of the 12-credits of graduate courses, you will be reclassified as a graduate student through the 韦德体育app官网 研究生院.

Students can broaden their expertise 和 increase income potential with a M.S. 在练习. In addition to career advancement opportunities, the combined program is excellent preparation for post-graduate clinical programs, 如P.T. 和O.T.

根据 U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the exercise science industry is expected to grow over the next decade to serve aging populations 和 the increased interest in healthy living. 

物理治疗, 体能训练, 训练, exercise physiologist, recreational therapist, 健康教育, 和 cardiac rehabilitation specialist are some of the potential career pathways graduates may pursue.
